Actually this is a good argument as to why trait bonuses should not be
something you can buy with experience points. They are so much more powerful
than the attributes and that is because they are powers.
  Having a trait bonus is a power, something you have because of the delta
factor. If you allow people buy up trait bonuses then you must also allow
people to buy new powers and increase the powers they have. And I think that
goes against the whole concept of what a delta is.
