And letting a blaster get a +3 bonus to his str. (by buying three
increases) IS fair to the bouncer and scrapper? Like I asked, does that
mean that bouncer can start by levels of energy blast? Or armor?
You're right about the dimishing returns of stat increases (6d6 vs. 5d6)
but I think it should be that way. The better you are, the harder it is to
improve. I don't think there is a need for a loop-hole around this.
