How many new powers has, say, Wolverine gained over the years?  Aquaman?  
Green Lantern?  Thor?

I've always found the idea of developing new powers in, say, Champions, 
kinda goofy anyway.

Certainly there are characters that have "evolved" variations on their 
powers.  But most of these seem to be represented by Tricks.

Develop more Tricks...?  Rest assured players will be more than glad to do 
it for you.  ;)
