*shrug* It's much more common when a "storyline" is being presented.  
Pinnacle vis a vis Deadland and Hell on Earth not only did it, but kinda 
encouraged it, and in rather odd ways (i.e., the cards in the Poker Deck 
providing a clue to the identity of the Reckoners' favored servants).
