I did. :)  There's no real reason to disbelieve her.  What would be the 
point of Truth spreading misinformation that makes Delta Prime look more 
powerful and intelligent (by anticipating the delta strike and coming up 
with a stratagem to defeat it) than they already are?  I can buy that she's 
an unbiased narrator, but if you can't trust _anything_ that she says...

But...that raises several interesting questions.  So can a Gadgeteer, say, 
build a suit of armor that gives his Blaster buddy Flight and Armor 10/3?  
Granted, most PC Gadgeteers probably aren't going to be interested in doing 
this, but there's some stuff you could do with the Sidekick Quirk along 
these lines...  Hopefully this'll be in the Delta Prime book.
