Actually, this was a total goof on my part, although it's actually got to do 
with how fast regular characters heal, not the scrapper. It's in the errata 
that's in Defiance and should hopefully still be up on the Pinnacle website.

The latter. Each success can only be used for one thing. No doubling up.
