Why doens't the Str add to damage as well?

I would just add the glow/sparks discription to here.

I knew making a comment about Dim Mak earlier was a good idea. =] How about
also alowing it, with an extra success to "pass through" walls and such, but
it does regular, not AP damage to what's on the other side of the obstical?
