[BNW] Opposed Rolls/Delta Point ?
This seems to be one of those questions that never gets answered in the
rules of most games that give you ways to modify die rolls and ways to pit
die roll vs. opponent's die roll.
If you are making an opposed roll and both of you have Delta Points, when do
you have to declare you are doing so and/or when do you have to stop?
In other words, if I spend a Delta Point, does my opponent have to declare a
DP expenditure of his own before or after I roll (and once he sees the total
of) the extra dice?
And if your opponent responds by spending DPs, can you then spend more of
your own DPs? And if so, do you declare before or after he makes the extra
die rolls?
Again, there doesn't seem to be anything in the accumulated rulings...
