Depends, were you planning on reprinting the books
online?  If not, you need to worry less.  We can use
more BNW sites.  As a guide though you may want to
look at how the existing BNW sites, and also Deadland
sites, handle the copyright disclaimers and follow
suit.  Course if you really feel insecure, send Matt
mail (wait, no correction, his latest request was to
send mail here so he can answer to everyone), well
then just wait for Matt's reply, and hopefully he'll
give his approval.
