[BNW] What is your BNW like?

How do you picture the BNW universe?  I know there are
official rules, but the only cover so much.  How many
deltas exist in your world?  Are they one in a
million, placing only about 250 deltas in the US
(actually it's 274,122,407 people by the latest census
calculation, so 274 deltas), which is approximately 10
of each power package (of the 20 packages), plus 50
random ones, or are they more frequently? One in a
hundred thousand would increase it by a factor of 10,
giving 2,500 deltas, about 100 of each power package
in the US, or 2 gadgeteers per state.  We could try
one per ten thousand, increasing the number again to
25,000, but this places a world delta pop at 600,000. 
Does this sound right? Is it too high, or still too
low?  

Also what's the break down.  Are all delta packages
created equally, with an even number of each?  I would
think Bargainers and Covenant would have lower
numbers, while gadgeteers might be higher.  Who else
makes all those wonderful toys for Delta Prime?

Would there even be an even spread of deltas from
country to country?  With a one in ten thousand
rating, both China and India would have 100,000 deltas
(yes I am aware of the spoilers in the book about
this, and any discussion on this should contain
spoiler space).

How about between organizations?  What percentages of
Deltas (at least in the US) belong to Delta Prime, and
what percentages belong to the Defiance?

Final population question.  How many 'Obvious' deltas
are there?  In your group do you have any players, or
met any villians with it?  In your world are there a
lot of obvious deltas running around, and do they have
the same obvious traits, or different ones (or do the
same ones keep popping up, but only on Jerry
Springer)? .... ooooh, there's an adventure idea. 
Have the players hired as body guards for a special
Jerry Springer episode involving deltas (and for a
twist, make the players into surprise guests).
