Ummm... wasn't that covered under "B." above? Why is it more powerful?
This big, ugly behemoth can only do one thing, fight. He can't even go out
in public without sticking out like a sore thumb. He better be tough as
hell 'cause he is gonna have a HUGE line of people gunning for him (Delta
Prime, nervous regs, crazy Defiants...)
As for the bouncer it makes him survivable (without it he takes 8 points
of damage to the body and goes down, he's slight, that is kinda bad for a
fighter type).

Yeah so? A delta has as many wounds as an above average reg. Where's the
problem? In the bouncer's description it says that his "higher than
average str." or something like that, lets him mix-it-up in HtH.

No, no, no and you get to smack them over the head for asking. Simple
solution.

You know Steve Crow, you could have cut off some of that extra stuff you
