Re: [BNW] On Speedsters



When you say normal acceleration/deceleration, what are you talking about?  
I can't swear to this, but as far as characters are concerned, they can move 
as far as their pace is.  So a Speedster can be standing still one turn and 
then move 110 inches or whatever his Pace is (very reminiscent of The 
Flash!), or is there some rule governing the acceleration
