Ravaged Planet, pg 90 has this info.  Also 17 out of
the 20 archtypes carry a gun of some sort.

This is a close analogy.  I'd say deltas were slightly
lower in power than X-men, but close to it.  Heh,
thinking of this I can see the Dark Phoenix saga as a
nice example of a Delta turning into an Alpha.
