I think this is probably a little too expensive, and not really appropriate - the
Martial Artist/Fu Fighter isn't an ordinary fighter - he/she has become much
better than a norm can hope to be. If they have the particular skill, then they
know enough to use this trick, IMHO - and the same goes for Chi Strike, I'd say.
