Well, you could go with Chi Strike only being used on barehanded attacks, period,
but that limits it fairly severely, IMHO, especially as written.

I like the idea of it being used with melee weapons just as easily - you can
picture raw Chi energy crackling up and down a blade. Too cool an image to pass
up.

I'd say allow it to work for all types of martial arts, but maybe allow the
Martial Artist to take it again for throwing weapons - only
non-mechanical/electronic ones, of course.
