[BNW] New Quirk

   Here's a new Quirk, let me know what you all think.

   Jane Doe/John Smith     +1pt
   (this quirk can't be taken with Beautiful or Ugly)

    The character is average in appearence to the point that most people 
can't remember what she look like other then to say:  well she had brown hair 
and was kind of average.
    This quirk adds +2 TN to anyone attempting to remember or describe the 
character.
