Good morning,

    The character generator will allow for PC and NPC creation. A built-in
database editor will allow you to add, delete and edit quirks, tricks,
skills and powers as you see fit. Initial location will be at the Delta
Times page. If you'd like a general sense of how it will flow, take a look
at the Deadlands or Hell on Earth generators available on PEG's site.
