The point is if I make up Delta Type A and later they say Deltas of my type
A are impossible then the setting basically has undermined the package I
created. Admittedly that ordinarily wouldn't stop me form doing it anyway,
but with no guidelines to say "These kinds of Powers are not possible" then
we are left without solid footing.
