[BNW] Dissatisfaction & limits of deltas' powers

>>
>> Nope good GM who wants to stay true to the setting
>does the setting

>for People who can

>> the Weather?

>Well, yes. Somewhere in the book, you'll find
>explicit encouragement to
>"make new packages," and if you really like >them,
"submit them to
>Pinnacle." My issues with BNW do not extend to a lack
>of flexibility in
>this regard.

And I quote...
Pg. 172, Brave New World Rulebook
"Making Your Own Power Packages
If yo've got a great idea for a power package of your
own, sit down and discuss it with your Guide. If she
likes it, you're all set. After all, it's your game,
                           ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
and you can play it however you like."
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Continuing on:
"Making a power package is pretty simple. There are
no hard and fast rules... The rule of thumb here is
that if the new power package is obviously much better
than one already in print, it's probably too
powerful."

Seriously, you've got to think up some things on your
own. There isn't enough room in a dozen books for all
the possible powers out there. If a player wants an
animal type character, make animal type powers! If
Matt makes a "Feral" power package later, so what?
Now there are animal types and Ferals.
