Really think so?  To me phenomenal customer service would have been giving
me a complete set of rules in one book first--then providing support/returns
for unsatisfied customers--as it stands it's merely an "Acceptable level" of
customer service---I don't know Mat, I don't know his situation, but it
would be the least I would have done (THE LEAST) if I were on the other end-
Which I have been in the past in a somewhat similar situation.....and I did
more-- but then again it was also Face to face with someone I already knew,
and respected--Matt doesn't know me from Adam as the saying goes--other than
I am trashing his hard work (--which isn't truly the case--I think he did a
fine job--just that in the end he made a poor decision in dividing
information up between books--and I don't wish to support that kind of
thinking that has become so prevalent in modern gaming...)
