Actually, it would make sense that a Delta with the Veteran quirk would
be able to start with a greater number of tricks than the other starting
characters, because by definition they are more experienced than the other
starting characters. (Well, that's what I am assuming they are).
Then again, if it only grants 5 extra points, and a trick costs 10, then
they aren't that much more experienced. I guess it depends on whether the 5
extra points are meant to be character creation points or xp (or the
derivation used here) gained through the course of play.
