Yeas and no. It's is listed in inches for ease of use of miniatures and
such. In actual measurements you multiply the inches by 2 yards, so 5 inches
is 10 yards and so on.

Problem is due to the fact that this rule is listed once, as far as I have
found. Somewhere in the combat chapter, I think.
