sadly Jay, i'm bot really up to abstract in the morning ! as i read the 
power, i THOUGHT it stated you could use it once to gain a point, and then 
AFTER that you could only use it again when you're down to 0 DP's. course, 
i've been known to be wrong - in an abstract kind of way ;)
