another thing...

Covenant powers - they have an ability that lets them claim an extra delta 
point (sorry, can't recall the power name). Now i know it states that they 
can't use it again until they're out of DP's, but theres no penalty for 
failure. So, in essence theyre' always going to be walking around with 4Dps 
until they start spending - and if they use them all up during a fight, 
after the fight they'r egoing straight back to 1 again. In fact, the only 
time i would make them roll would be if they're trying to get a point during 
a fight.
am i reading this right - it seems pretty darn powerful ?
