	I don't think you read this correctly. It seems to me that that
particular power can only be used when you have NO delta points
remaining. So you still will usually have at least one, just not four.
	Now with the edge "Lucky" you start each session with an extra delta
point, giving you a total of four. Perhaps that's what confused you.
