I'd be a little wary of populating the command hierarchy with supernatural
'monsters'.It smacks a little too much of "White Wolf" - they have a penchant
for making supernaturals the 'puppetmasters' behind any important historical
events. I'd have the supernaturals as allies for the nazi high command. Given
the nazi's obsession with racial purity I can't imagine them putting
supernatural creatures into command positions . I think they would view them as
useful tools but never completely trust them. I don't think npcs such as a
concentration camp commander would need to be converted into a supernatural in
order for the pcs to view them as horrifying.
