The system is flexible enough, that if someone would care to make a
really good ASCII map, we can use it on the fly, providing...

the area for territory name, # armies, current owner is always 
reserved as a 3x3 area.

e.g.

	|arm|
	|own|

	|   ter   |
	|   arm   |
	|   own   |
	+---------+

	+---------+
	|         |
	|   ter   |
	|   arm   |
	|   own   |
	|         |
	+---------+

	+-----+
	|     |
	| ter |
	| arm |
	| own |
	|     |
	+-----+

Wherever it finds "ter" it will ass-u-me arm and own go "relative" to it.
