SimRisk Cards



the cards could work in this game, *but* in normal Risk (US edition
anyway) if you take out a player, you inherit their cards.  (I've heard
something about early UK editions that did not specify what to do with
the cards of the defeated player).

That works fine in a sequential game of Risk.  you always know who
took the player out.  But what about simultaneous movement.

If player A has 2 territories left, and player B takes over one, and
player C takes over the other...  Who gets the cards?!?!

I'm leaning towards *no* cards for SimRisk just to avoid this issue.
(Plus it will be simpler...  I'll leave the cards in for Calculated
Risk)
