Unless the owners actually saw the Pyr urinate on the bed, I would suggest having her checked for urinary incontinence. That is usually easy to determine as there may be wet spots where she sleeps. This is sometimes also called spay incontinence.

It could also be UTI .(urinary tract infection) Some times the only way to "tell" humans something is wrong is to do something they never did before. It may not even be a UTI but if it's out of the ordinary, I'd check it out.
