[pyrnet] Weather

What is the best way to help my Pyr with the heat?  Will they use a small swimming pool to cool off in when they're outside? He's already having trouble with the warm weather, even though it's only in the low 70's.  I'm sure he'll spend the entire summer sitting on top of the air conditioning vents in the tile entryway (his favorite spot), but is there anything else we can do to help make the warm weather easier on him?  

Also, did anyone else see the show "Dogs with Jobs" on the Animal Planet this morning?  There was a woman with several Pyrs who were guarding her flock of sheep. Her oldest Pyr, who is about ready for retirement, had battle scars from years of flock guarding. I turned it on in the middle of the segment so i'm not sure of all the details of the story, but it was so neat to see Pyrs doing what they've been bred to do for centuries.
