Joyce & Holly,
All I did was keep a very close eye on Bear last
year. It was his first Christmas with us and I think all went well.
He did knock a few ornaments off of the tree but he had a kitty helping
him.
Other than that I don't recall anything special about
putting stuff out. I always put him in his room (our breakfast room is his
and Sugar Bear's room) when we left and will continue to do the same this year
with the two of them. Hopefully since I don't have a kitty we won't have
as big a problem with the ornaments.
However, with Holly being a pup still you may want to be
careful of the glass ornaments.
I would go ahead and call the vet and see what suggestions he/she may be
able to give you in the even that she does get some glass in her stomach.
