I'm afraid the same thing would happen with Luna, someone would
ride by on your road and out she'd go. Pyrs are smart enough to
not come back through and suffer a second shock. Down here the
cheapest fencing is horse wire, that does come 6' and railroad ties
for posts. Why not just fence an adequate area near the house to
keep Luna contained and safe?
