We have our pyrs tattooed here, as an extra security measure along with
the microchip. Our tattoo is registered with an agency whose name I forget
right now (I'm in my office), but your vet might have listings as they are
the ones who do the tattooing.
Re the throwing up after drinking--I'd try giving just a small amount of
water, then waiting a little before giving more.
