I certainly agree with this.  The problem is not the subject but the 
behavior.  Lets address directly with the offenders privately and ask them to 
behave or they can be taken down from the list.  If the list owners are not 
monitoring they can be advised of same and review the behavior.  The subject 
itself is an important one.
