PLEASE CROSSPOST!!! Especially to those in TX

The "Aide-Train" to help the four-legged victims of the Houston
Floods will
be leaving El Paso on Friday.  We will be loaded with the cash,
medical/vet
supplies, food and crates we will gather
throughout this week.  We have scheduled two TV appearances
(tomorrow) and a
newspaper article to kick this off!  Please help!!!

We need people along the route to (1) publicize the rolling
rescue effort and gather supplies and food; and (2) tell us where
to meet to pick the stuff up.

Our route will be as follows:
FRIDAY NIGHT:  I-10 to I-20 with an overnight in Midland.  Can
any North
Texas people meet us there with supplies they have gathered???
Is there
anyone in Midland who can help us with the overnight.  There will
be two drivers at this point.

SATURDAY:  I-20 with first stop Abilene.  Down I-20 with second
stop DFW.
I-35 to hird stop Waco.  Continue I-35 to fourth stop and
overnight in San Antonio.

SUNDAY MORNING:  I-35 to roll on into Houston.  We will then drop
and run
back I-10 to El Paso.

Guys, we really need some help pulling this together!  In order
to hit the
big cities where we might get donations, we are taking a
round-about route. I don't want to drive 1000 miles with only 4
bags of dog food (if you know what I mean!)  We are willing to
stop other
places if you all have anything for us to pick up.  We are
starting out with two
Explorers and a horse trailer.  I WANT THEM FULL WHEN WE ARRIVE
ALONG WITH OTHER VEHICLES AND DONATIONS!!!!
