    Actually this matter came up at the National in 2000. Charges were
brought against the member under the GPCA Constitution.  An investigative
committee was formed and, as a result of that investigation,  the member was
suspended (that was in the Bulletin Secretary's Pages).  In order to expel a
member from the GPCA there must be a vote of the membership at an Annual
Meeting.  That was the reason for the vote this year.  The AKC was then
notified.
