For those of you who were in Andover, you will be interested to hear that 
Noustamic de Neouvielle was Best In Show at Tarbes last weekend.  Tarbes is 
one of the larger all breed shows in that area of France.  This is a very 
good win.  Noustamic was Best of Winners at our GPCA National Specialty held 
in Andover few weeks ago.  I will see about posting some more recent pictures 
of him, but for now you can see him winning Best of Breed in Paris last
