Well here's my official offer to help as you requested.  And no I'm not 
afraid to help.
I've worked for my all breed Kennel Club for many years, and have held many 
offices, and done many projects.  
So Joe, Barb and I await to know how to proceed.

Sorry your having problems with patellar luxation committee.  Perhaps you'd 
be good enough to explain where the club is on that.  What is the committee 
charged with doing?
