I was notified today of an 18 month old male pyr that has been missing
in Pipestem State Park, West Virginia since April 18th.  His owners live
in Virginia Beach, VA and lost him while on holiday.  He was last seen
by the owners on the 18th of April at the County Line Trail/River Trail
of the state park.  He has grey tipped ears.  Weighs 90-100 pounds (or
did when the was lost) and is very shy.  Probably cannot be approached
by strangers.  His owners continue to travel back and forth between
their home and the park.  They have notified animal control, sheriff's
department and have distributed flyers with a picture of their dog.
There have been a number of sightings but none absolutely verified.

Please feel free to cross post this to any other helpful lists.  And if
there is anyone on this list that might live in that area, please let me
know if you have any suggestions for these people.  They are
heartbroken.
