Lene. my Shih-Tzu is not spayed. I do not argue to the point that it is
possible to have intact animals without altering them. Su-ling has never
been bred. And even when we were showing, and all the dogs were intact,
we never had " accidents". , That is responsible dog ownership at work.
However I do stand by the idea that it is easier to deal with S/N animals
as a whole, I do think it helps with societal problems caused by too many
irresponsible people, as it does reduce aggression usually ( I didn't say
stop altogether ), and the bottom line is, we do have an over population
problem with animals, based on people who won't take responsibility.
Less animals would die, if there were less animals to die! I.M.O.
