Oh, panic.  I would feed her lots of gummy stuff, bread, macaroni and cheese,
and watch what comes out.  Hope it was a small lightbulb!  I do remember a pup,
luckily not one of mine, that ate 3 glass Christmas balls and had no problems.
Our thoughts are with you, let us know.
