Oh, to show in non-100 plus degree temps! For the past two weekends we were
doing just that! Had a 2 day show in Hilton Head Island on the 24th & 25th
July, where the temps were easily 100 deg F, there was limited shade, plenty
of concrete, and NO hookups for the RVs. Fortunately we had our generator
and A/C serviced just before going, so they ran non-stop with no problem at
all. Then last weekend we had our "local" Greenville shows. Show times on
Friday was at 1:30, but fortunately there weren't as many people or dogs in
the facility, so the noise was only a low dinn. On Saturday and Sunday, we
showed around 9:30 each day, but the temps were already in the low 90 deg F
at that time! And the noise in the Palmetto Centre where the show is held,
was deafening! On Saturday, Greenville, SC had an all time high temp of 104!
By the time we got home, all the dogs wanted to do was lay under the ceiling
fans or on the A/C vents and sleep. (Funny, so did the humans in our
household :-))

Robyn, with Zoe and Baron who are happy to stay indoors!
