Some pyrs have markings at birth, tan, grey, redish brown, that disapear 
as they mature...leaving the dog seeming totally "white".  However it is 
not impossible for those marks to return.
If the dog is active, the skin is clear, and it is only the hair 
changing color, I would say his markings are returning or he might be 
mixed with something else and the the hairs are just darking as that 
breed naturally would.
