Re: [PyrNet-L] Debate; Chat: Cornering Dog and Responses

Joe,
Unfortunately I have told several times that I should remember that a dog is
"just a dog." So, I just gave my opinion of what a dog means to me. I don't
ask anyone else to believe my feelings about a dog anymore than I ask them to
share my religious beliefs. But since some people have been so kind as to
tell me their views on a dog and its training, I certainly feel that I can
express my views of what I think a dog is. I'm sure I would set the whole
PyrNet in a tizzy if I told them that I believe a dog has a soul. But that
again is just my viewpoint. But, I will have to say one thing. "I" have met
many dogs and people in my life and in most cases I would take the dogs over
the people. Dogs give unconditional love "at least to me", and desire to be a
companion. Most humans do not! I've yet to hear of dogs abusing their
children, but we sure have a lot of humans who do so. Dogs be by one's side
no matter what. Most humans aren't. Dogs will let one cry in their fur, and
they listen to someone if a person needs to talk to something, most humans
cant be bothered. Dogs never say "Well, it doesn't affect me so why should I
be concerned." Most humans do say that. PLEASE NOTE THAT I DID SAY MOST, NOT
ALL HUMANS.
If people think I'm nuts because I love to wrestle and play on the floor with
my dogs, then so be it. I'm a very happy nut.
