It would be helpful to all if people would quote the part of a post they
are responding to. I'm assuming this is probably once again meant as some kind
of slam on me, but not sure why or what it is referring to, since the part of
the post it was referring to wasn't quoted. Is it because I said I care a lot
and am sensitive? Does that make me troubled? If I am "troubled" it is
because people are perturbing and annoying and troubling me. What do you mean
by "jaded"? The dictionary says it means "fatigued or worn down or weary or
disgusted because of ABUSE or overwork or tediousness." I'm beginning to
think I'd be better off spending more time with my Pyr Albert and less time on
these lists!! As stubborn as my Albert (the Infamous Albert!) can get, at
least he makes me laugh and grin and feel cared about. Far too little of that
on these lists lately. I really liked sharing how much I love him and the many
different ways he made me laugh all the time with many of you. I've also loved
all the many kind and encouraging letters that people wrote to tell me how
much my funny Albert stories meant to them. Those and the fact that I felt it
was important to let people that believed like I do know they were not alone,
are the reasons I've stayed on the lists as long as I have. I already mail my
Albert stories to a number of other people who decided to quit the lists, but
didn't want to miss out on my Albert stories after they quit. So I mail copies
of them to these people that wanted them even though they didn't want to get a
lot of the other stuff on the lists anymore. I don't think we should expect to
all agree. That's ridiculous. But I think we should be able to be respectful
and not be insulting to others. We should make people feel welcome and be
supportive.
