first, check her hearing and eyesight and make sure there is not some
kind of health problem. Question your daughter carefully about if
any of her friends have done something to the dog, teasing or
whatever, when your 'back was turned'. Think back about any trauma
the dog might have experienced. Even as simple as loud noises. This
can be a really bad age for them to get really squirrelly.
Start with alpha boot camp immediately, off the bed, expose her to
new situations outside the home, slowly, but daily, even a short 10
minute walk on lead, with a training collar. Take her to dog
obedience classes. Crate train her. When she exhibits this
aggression, correct her, then crate her so she can 'think about
it'. Just walk off and leave her be. Short consistant training
sessions, so she does not stress. You don't want to push her too
much, but she must learn what is acceptable. The more experienced on
the list will have much more to add. Good Luck, and just be
consistant and firm, using a gentle hand with your girl.
