first, check her hearing and eyesight and make sure there is not some 
kind of health problem.  Question your daughter carefully about if 
any of her friends have done something to the dog, teasing or 
whatever, when your 'back was turned'.  Think back about any trauma 
the dog might have experienced.  Even as simple as loud noises.  This 
can be a really bad age for them to get really squirrelly.

Start with alpha boot camp immediately, off the bed, expose her to 
new situations outside the home, slowly, but daily, even a short 10 
minute walk on lead, with a training collar. Take her to dog 
obedience classes. Crate train her. When she exhibits this 
aggression, correct her, then crate her so she can  'think about 
it'. Just walk off and leave her be. Short consistant training 
sessions, so she does not stress.  You don't want to push her too 
much, but she must learn what is acceptable. The more experienced on 
the list will have much more to add. Good Luck, and just be 
consistant and firm, using a gentle hand with your girl.
