Hi all,
Just a reminder that entries are due in for the National Capital Area
Great Pyrenees Specialty Show Saturday, October 24, 1998.  The show is
in conjunction with the Middleburg KC Show on the grounds of Oatlands
Plantation, Leesburg, VA (we look forward to a gorgeous fall day).  The
breed judge is George Heitzman and the Sweepstakes judge is long-time
Pyr breeder, Kim Lasley, who is coming all the way from CA to judge for
us.  The trophies are really exciting! Thanks to Janet Ingram, all the
trophies from Best of Breed to 4th in regular classes will be matted
prints of Great Pyrenees artwork....really gorgeous! Entries close
Wednesday October 7 and the superintendent is MB-F

There will be a tailgate potluck lunch ringside following the judging. 
The banquet will be held at the Tuscarora Mill Restaurant in old town
Leesburg at 6:30 pm.  For more info on the banquet, please contact Nancy
