The first round is over and the results were:

I propose that the top three finishers from each pool
be advanced to a final pool with the same parameters
as the previous round.  However, I admit that I do not
remember exactly what I said to start the tournament
off and therefore I will leave between now and Monday
for comments, discussion before asking Richard to set
up the next round.
