[pbmserv] Tournaments?

Is there a mechanism by which one may set up tournaments for any of the 
games on the server?  If so, would anyone be *interested* in a Scramble 
tournament?  As an added bonus, we could borrow a concept from another 
Scrabble site on which I play, and have a "swap tournament."  Without 
trying to get TOO complicated with having to swap things through the 
mail, we could do (for example) a recipe swap.  Each player enters with 
a favourite recipe, then the loser of each game must post his or her 
recipe for everyone else to see.
