[pbmserv] Broadcast from bigal via PBM Server

Greetings to all PBMServ players,

Forgive the intrusion. This is to announce a new robot player on the server - 
BigAl.  BigAl plays CoNeutron, and is currently also being taught Neutron, 
even though his programmer thinks CoNeutron is a far superior game.

BigAl also has some siblings: BigAl2, BigAl4 and BigAl7.  The number indicates 
the search depth, and their relative strengths are clearly shown by the 
current CoNeutron standings table.

CoNeutron is a fascinating game, easy to learn, easy to play for fun, 
difficult to fathom in depth.  The time required to learn the game is 
minimal, and you have ready to hand an inexhaustable opponent to thrash while 
you get used to the game. BigAl2 is enthusiastic, but not very good, while 
BigAl7 is nearly impossible to beat.  BigAl4 is a pleasant balance.

William Hartston, former British Chess Champion, once said that CoNeutron is
